Circle has recently released CircleBack – a powerful and cost effective callback solution for existing Genesys PureEngage solutions.

CircleBack monitors multiple queues and will offer a call back to customers when pre-defined thresholds are met. Customer satisfaction is enhanced by CircleBack and call abandonment is reduced as callers no longer have to wait in a queue to speak to an agent. In addition data in your CRM or other scheduling systems can be used to submit callbacks to customers using CircleBack’s powerful RESTful API.

CircleBack does not require Genesys Call Back licenses – we can implement the solution at a fraction of the cost of a Genesys Professional Services engagement. If cost to implement has been a barrier, we remove that from your business case.
